This is an example of a blog header. I use this one on my own personal blog. Banners like this can be simple and straightforward, or they can be made more detailed and expressive. I chose to be simple in my design because I wanted the blog to be clean and streamlined in appearance.
This is an example of a forum signature. This particular banner was made for the city of heroes forums. The player wanted to use both their hero and their villain character in the same banner, and make it seems as though they were rivals.

This is an example of a comic book forum signature. This banner was made for a marvel forum signature, where the user was a huge fan of Captain America and wanted to express that love. The banner consists of multiple images from Marvel Comics, with a logo I designed, using the shield that Captain America is so well known for.
